An excellent Cinema 4D R11 AR3 (Advanced Global Illumination) tutorial by Michael Vance.
Not really a tutorial IMHO, but an outstanding breakdown of all the settings with excellent explanations of what each setting does as well as images and descriptions of the benefits, drawbacks and optimizations available in the R11 Advanced Renderer.
